„Nie wieder.
Personal nicht ansprechbar, Unterkunft in Nebengebäude, kein Frühstücksbuffet wie angekündigt, stattdessen am ersten Tag eine Tasse Kaffee und ein abgepacktes Croissant, am zweiten Tag nur noch der Kaffee, Schimmel im Bad, dreckige Bettwäsche, Zimmer wurde in 15min "geputzt" Am zweiten Tag Hotel verlassen, bis heute noch keine Erstattung. Laut Booking soll Hotel hier rausgenommen werden, ist aber noch nicht passiert.

„Das letzte Mal
An Sauberkeit hat es mehr als gemangelt! Alte Vergilbte und fleckige Bettlaken, Boden war nicht gewischt, Bad war nicht sauber. Das war leider kein Zustand. Ganz klar, keine Empfehlung! Sehr traurig, für das Geld!

„Kein weiteres Mal!
Wir kommen nun schon das 3. Mal ins LED-Sitges da es bis dato immer gehalten - was es versprochen hat. Dieses Jahr jedoch war alles anders. Die Zimmer waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Klamotten vom „Vormieter“ waren noch im Zimmer, die Laken waren alt, fleckig und vergilbt. Überall im Zimmer lagen Haare, Staub und Flusen. Die Gläser im Zimmer waren nicht gespült. Ganz zu schweigen das Thema Sauberkeit der Toilette! Überall innen auf der Klobrille Urinspritzer die sich u.a. bereits in die Klobrille „geätzt“ haben. Haare im Waschbecken und in der Dusche, sowie Flecken. Das alles bei der Ankunft im 1.Zimmer. Nach langer Diskussion mit dem Besitzer haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Dieses war genauso unsauber wie das 1. Zimmer. Es hieß immer „nein, das Reinigungsmädchen war bereits im Zimmer und hat es gesäubert“. Davon war nichts zu sehen! Wir waren mehr als verwundert, verärgert und enttäuscht, da wir von diesem Hotel in der Vergangenheit anderes gewohnt war. Aber leider hat das Niveau sehr stark nachgelassen. Man könnte bald meinen, dass die Besitzer es nicht nötig haben, ihr Hotel ordentlich zu pflegen und zu führen. Damit wir uns jedoch nicht weiter ärgern müssen und uns trotz der Umstände einigermaßen wohlfühlen können, sind wir in einen Supermarkt in der Nähe gelaufen und haben und Reinigungsmittel, Besen und Putzlappen gekauft und haben das Zimmer komplett selbst gereinigt. Ein weiteres Mal werden wir dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall mehr besuchen! Schade!

„Es war einfach nett, sauber. aber der Service an der Rezeption nicht besonders
Zimmer war nett und sauber. Der Blick nicht besonders. Frühstück und Service waren nicht zufriedenstellend Zimmerservice war sehr gut.
